Michelle is a sound practitioner and yin yoga teacher living in Suffolk who runs monthly sessions that aid relaxation, relieve stress & tension and help with sleep and anxiety.
Sound bath Friday 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Yin Yoga & Crystal Alchemy Sound bath Sunday 10am - 11.30am

Wendy runs regular weekend workshops at our Studio. They often focus on a particular area of the body or time of the year. Wendy is a member of the Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association and the yoga Alliance. Yoga is her great passion and the mindfulness it brings has become a way of life. Her focus is on the individual experience of the student. Her classes use flowing movements with resonant breath to gain greater understanding of the body/breath dynamic.
As well as her regular teaching at the Studio Tina leads some classes on Women's health. She is a specialist on pelvic floor disfunction and menopausal issues. Tina's courses generally run on a Saturday 8.15am - 9.15am

Alan Caig Wilson
Alan runs monthly classes and workshops on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Alan leads Awareness Through Movement classes in which you engage in precisely structured movement explorations that involve thinking, sensing, moving, and imagining. Each lesson consists of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity. These lessons attempt to make you aware of habits and help you find new ways of moving, while increasing sensitivity and improving efficiency.
Alan is a member of the UK Feldenkrais Guild.

Liz leads regular Saturday classes in Chi Kung. The practice is rooted in Chinese medicine and combines movement and meditation in a series of slow flowing rhythmic postures and breathing. It’s thought to help balance and blood pressure, plus promoting a sense of well being.
