Starting Pilates was one of the best things I've ever done. After being bored to death in gyms and pools it's great to find something which you know is making a difference to your posture, your chronic back pain, which drains away tension and leaves you feeling invigorated.

I'm a working mum and for me, Pilates is a great way to de-stress. I can be all tensed up and tired beforehand, but when I walk out of my Pilates class, I feel top of the world ready to face anything anybody throws at me! It feels like you've had a full body massage from the inside.

Now I finally know how to stand tall.
